Spread some festive cheer this December and join us for our annual Rudolph Run. Dust off your antlers, pull on your favourite Christmas jumper, and head to St Albans city centre for a morning full of festive fun for the whole family.

Whether you fancy a jolly 1.5k dash or a spirited 5k run, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Event distances and start times:

Registration from 10am.

1.5 Km - 11.00am

5 Km - 11.30am

Please note that any runner under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian aged 18 or older on the day.

Counselor providing support
Raise £156 and help people live well through their illness. £156 could pay for 4 hours of specialist nursing care, or a Living Well session held in one of our centres, offering arts and crafts and wellbeing activities. As a thank you, everyone who raises £156 will receive a free water bottle or video from Father Christmas.
